“What happened to your original website?”
- I was unhappy with the costs associated with hosting my original website and the limitations for how I wanted the website to look and function so I recently moved to WordPress where my website is hosted for free. Free makes me happy.
“Do you have answer keys for your worksheets/handouts?”
- Most of the handouts or worksheets I have posted do not have answer keys unless otherwise noted. Mostly because of the amount of time needed to create or scan them, and data storage space.
“I am looking for a lesson on ‘xyz’… do you have or it or know where I can find it?”
- I am in the process of updating the site with lessons, links, and other resources that I have either personally used or think are useful for middle school science teachers.
“I downloaded a ppt, but can’t make changes to it.”
- Power Point slides that I created are in “Read Only” format. After you download the ppt, click on “Read Only” to access them. No password is needed to view the slides and you can use them with your classes ‘as is’. The ppts I created were ending up in places I did not want them to be and some places were charging teachers to access them. Not cool. Hopefully this will help limit that from happening, especially for the new ppts that I will post in the future.
